Brian Banks BSc MIEEM Brian brings over 25 years' experience to Swift Ecology. His particular specialisms include species conservation; the assessment, monitoring and management of lowland and coastal habitats; and the application of agri-environment schemes. He is a recognised expert in the conservation of reptiles and amphibians, providing strategic guidance on these species in the UK and abroad. His professional skills have been developed working for English statutory nature conservation agencies. He has had management experience leading the Conservation Officer unit in English Nature's Kent team. |

Johnny Birks BSc PhD MIEEM Johnny has worked in wildlife research and nature conservation for 25 years in statutory nature conservation agencies and the voluntary conservation sector. He has expertise in the assessment and management of semi-natural habitats and a specialist interest in the conservation ecology of European mammals. Johnny is well known for his previous role at the Vincent Wildlife Trust, where he acquired a wealth of knowledge encompassing protected species survey and mitigation, and gained an international reputation in the field of mammal research. |

Lisa Kerslake BSc MSc MIEEM CEnv Over the last few years, Lisa has been on the management team at two established ecological consultancies in the English midlands. She has previously held senior positions at Nottinghamshire County Council and Northumberland Wildlife Trust and was also the first Director of the North and East Yorkshire Ecological Data Centre. Lisa provides valuable managerial and administrative experience to Swift Ecology. She has a wide range of ecological skills, with specialist knowledge of protected species surveys, monitoring and mitigation work. |
